Letters to the editor are encouraged and will be screened for libel, irresponsibility and obscenity. The Editorial Board reserves the right to edit or shorten letters as long as the meaning remains unchanged. All letters must be signed and include a telephone number for confirmation. Requests to withhold the writer's name from publication for good reason will be considered. |
